Quality Policy

The activities that WHALE SPRAY, S.L., considers conform to the quality required by the International Standards ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 are:

• Design, production and marketing of lubricants, paints, aerosol chemical products and other packaged products.

The policy statement includes the following guidelines:

1. To comply with the legal requirements, and to satisfy the explicit and implicit demands, requirements and expectations of our clients, carrying out the evaluation and application of such requirements.
2. Disseminate at all levels of our structure the objectives, goals and programs and criteria of Quality and Environmental Management.
3. Investment in R&D and development of strategic alliances to incorporate products with a high degree of innovation, efficiency and safety for the user.
4. Establish traceability and identification protocols to have absolute control over the products developed and marketed.
5. To implement the indicators of the GIS System, as well as to monitor the level of progress of the same, so that we can know and ensure the service and the level of quality desired by our customers and guarantee a rational use of natural resources.
6. Design processes that reduce the environmental impact of our activity and evaluate, in advance, the environmental impact of new activities or services.
7. Make a commitment to environmental protection, including pollution prevention, and other specific commitments relevant to the company’s context.
8. Promote the rational use of natural resources and a clear awareness of favoring our environment, not only through our work, but also involving all our suppliers and customers.
9. To guarantee the reproducibility and conformity of the product.
10. To develop continuous training programs aimed at improving the qualification of our employees, thus involving all personnel in the achievement of all the objectives set forth in this document.
11. Consolidate the process of continuous improvement in the performance of all activities carried out at Whale Spray.
12. Optimization in the use of efficient products and optimizing the use of packaging in relation to environmental impacts.
13. Encourage and achieve a stimulating and motivating environment for all members of the company.
14. Ensure that working conditions are optimal by evaluating the risks that may occur in the processes, eliminating them as far as possible and reducing those evaluated.
15. Encourage the commitment and participation of our employees and collaborators through education and training to preserve the identity of our products.

Whale Spray’s management makes this policy accessible and available to all employees, customers and suppliers and to the general public and interested parties. It is kept up to date through periodic reviews, coinciding with management reviews of the integrated system, in order to take into account changes in environmental conditions and information received. In this sense, it provides and will provide all the human, technical and economic means necessary to achieve the objectives and goals that are established programmatically and periodically.
